The M-77 Oganj consists of a YMRL 32 (Yugoslav Multiple Rocket Launcher, 32- barrel) rocket system mounted on the back of a FAP-2026 6×6 truck.

Each M-77 rocket carries a 19.5kg (43lb) high-explosive warhead which it fires to the distance of 20km (12.5miles).

A full salvo can devastate an area 167 x 213m (548 x 699ft). The truck can carry 32 missiles preloaded in the launcher tubes, and another 32 in a reloading pack just behind the cab.

The Oganj has recently received a new M-91 cluster-warhead missile, which dramatically increases the zone for a single salvo.  Each missile contains 48 bomblets or four anti-tank mines.

The new warheads were combat tested during the civil war in Yugoslavia.
